Cancellation & Refund Policy

nuvella believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed and/or communicated to the vendors or service providers.
  • nuvella does not accept cancellation requests for customized services, one-time digital solutions, or time-bound consulting engagements. However, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for service dissatisfaction, subject to review.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or incomplete digital deliverables (such as files or credentials), please report the same to our customer service team within 2 days of delivery. The request will be entertained after a review and verification by our support or operations team.
  • If you feel that the service or product delivered is not as described on our site or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer support within 2 days of service activation or delivery. Our team will evaluate your request and take an appropriate action.
  • For any software or hardware items that are backed by a third-party warranty (including hosting, domain registration, or CRM licenses), we request customers to refer the issue to the respective third-party support team as per their warranty or service terms.
  • In case a refund is approved by nuvella, it will take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer’s original payment method or as otherwise communicated.
